With Explore Your Products, you shift your perspective from markets to products. This section helps you understand how industries, segments, categories, and product types perform across time and regions.

Start by selecting the product you want to analyze. This could be at the industry level, a market segment, a product category, or even a product type. The columns display:

  • Total search volume: How many searches were made in your selected market.
  • Change in search volume: How this number evolved during the period you selected.
  • Share of Search (SoS): The share your market holds compared to all other products combined.
Change in SoS: How this share has moved compared to the previous period.

You decide which time period you want to see: 1M, 3M, 6M, or YTD, via the three-dot menu at the top right. This same menu also lets you expand the view to show more than four rows at once. You can also favorite a product to keep it pinned to the top, or sort your table by clicking on any column — for example, to see which product category had the strongest growth.

Deeper Analysis

Want to dig deeper into one specific product?
Select an Industry, Market Segment or Product Category and click Analyse in the top-right corner. A pop-up will appear, and you can open the Product Analysis Liveboard. This is your detailed hub for everything related to the selected product.

The Overview tab shows:

  • Last month’s search volume
  • Yearly and monthly trends
  • Seasonality patterns
How much consumers search for brands, retailers, or non-branded terms within your product.

The Market tab reveals where your product performs best. Use the Your Market filter to switch between Country and State views, and make sure to set the correct date filter at the top. This applies across multiple graphs, so your insights stay consistent.

The Product tab shows best and worst performers within your chosen selection. Here you can drill down by adjusting the Your Product filter, switching between industry, segment, category, and product type. For example: compare the search volume and growth of different product types inside one category.

The Brand tab highlights the top brands linked to your product, with search volume and growth trends. The same information is also available for Retailers, giving you both sides of the competitive landscape.

In the Product Association tab, you discover what people associate most with your product. These associations are structured in three layers:

  1. Categories (high-level themes)
  2. Dimensions (sub-categories)
  3. Exact Associations (detailed terms)

You can narrow these results by applying filters. For example, right-click Filter on a region in the Market tab, or on a specific category or dimension inside the Product Association tab.

Compare Multiple Products

If you want to compare multiple products side by side, select your preferences on the homepage and choose Compare. This opens the Product Benchmark liveboard, showing which industries, segments, or categories perform best and worst. Use the Your Product filter to switch between levels, and see:

  • Search volumes and growth for your selection
  • Division between branded, retailer, and non-branded searches

With Explore Your Products, you take full control of how your industry, category, or product is performing across markets and competitors. Drill down, compare, and filter to get the full picture — and turn insights into action.
