Profile & Alerts
At the top right of the page, you’ll find your profile. Click Profile to access your personal settings, where you can update information such as your name and password.
Want to change your email address? For security reasons, this requires contacting your Customer Success Manager.
Within your profile settings, you’ll also find the “Monitor” button. This leads to a separate KPI Alerts page, where all your alerts are managed. On this page, you’ll find information such as its Name, Type and Frequency.
You can share alerts with colleagues via the three-dot menu and selecting “Add Subscribers”.
Want to edit an alert? The three-dot menu also allows you to change its settings. If you are the creator, you can delete an alert. If the alert was shared with you, you can unsubscribe from it.
